With an emphasis on music structure, students will get to step into their creativity and learn the building blocks of how to tackle writing a song. Whether it's your first ever, or you are hoping to sharpen your skills, this workshop will help you to write with confidence.

SONGWRITING INTENSIVE

PART 2

 

Expanding on topics covered in part 1 - students will dive deeper into the pieces that make up a song. This week will emphasize the opportunity to write, collaborate and perform as a group and individually, showing off the shiny new skills you've been nurturing so far!

JULY 30TH

AUDITION TECH: THE BASICS

 

Jumping into this week, students will break down the basics of how to prepare for an audition. From rehearsal technique, to your artist binder - students will end the day ready to take on that audition!

AUGUST 6TH

AUDITION TECH: LEVEL 2

(W/ MOCK AUDITION)

 

Take your audition technique and put it to the test! Level 2 of audition tech is an extension of the topics covered in audition tech: the basics - going into the details and giving artists an opportunity to rehearse and receive live feedback.

AUGUST 13TH

THE VOICE: DIVING DEEPER

 

Artists of all skill levels benefit from learning how to take care of their voices and how to listen to what their body is telling them. This week is an emphasis on vocal health, self-rehearsal technique, and learning how to grow YOUR voice to utilize your strengths and explore new areas of performance. 

AUGUST 20TH

VOCAL MASTERCLASS

 

Are you ready to take your performance to the next level? Vocal masterclass is an elite workshop for those who are ready to challenge themselves. Artists who partake in this class will prepare a performance piece and get to showcase their talents in front of their peers while receiving live feedback. This is a great opportunity to work directly as well as observe other vocalists and critiques.
