Package pricing is based upon wedding package details, client needs, required travel, wedding size, and complexity of wedding design. We also offer a la carte and add-on services, including budget management, RSVP tracking, reviewing vendor contracts, and more. These services can also be combined with any of the previously-mentioned wedding planning packages.

Full Service Planning
Investment begins at $6,000
Wedding Planning can become a full-time job, whether you've been dreaming about it forever, or you are diving in to a whole new world head-first. With our full service planning package, we will be your expert wedding planning partner. We will begin the process by getting to know you and your fiancé, your overall vision for the wedding, creating your budget, finding your dream wedding location, and curating your dream team of wedding vendors. We will coordinate the scheduling of your meetings throughout the process, keep you on track with planning tasks, and create a design unique to your vision and priorities. This package will allow you to enjoy not only the wedding day, but also the entire process of planning.
This package includes Event Management where we will make sure to execute all the final details, meet with you to discuss the timeline, vendor contract review, design elements, and bridal party/family details. We will do a venue walk-through meeting, coordinate the rehearsal and the entire wedding day, assist your wedding party and gather your vendor team to ensure the day is perfect.
Event ManagemenT
Investment begins at $2,150
Our Wedding Management package is designed for couples who feel confident in their planning but want professional support to ensure every detail comes together seamlessly. Beginning 6–8 weeks before your wedding, our team steps in to finalize logistics, confirm vendor details, and ensure your timeline is flawless.
This package includes multiple planning meetings, contract reviews, vendor confirmations, and a venue walk-through to align every detail with your vision. We’ll provide a comprehensive timeline, distribute it to vendors, and serve as the single point of contact in the weeks leading up to your celebration.
On the wedding weekend, we coordinate the rehearsal, manage vendor communications, oversee setup and décor placement, cue your wedding party, and guide the flow of your day from start to finish. Our team stays through tear down to ensure your personal items are safely packed. With our guidance, you’ll be free to enjoy every moment knowing that your day is being carried out
with precision and care.

Day of Coordination

Our Day-of Coordination package is perfect for couples who have handled the planning but want peace of mind knowing that a skilled professional will execute the details on the wedding day. In the weeks leading up to your wedding, we’ll step in to confirm details and create a clear plan so everything runs smoothly.
On the wedding day, our team will be there to manage vendors, oversee setup, and keep your timeline on track. From the ceremony to the reception, we’ll handle the logistics so you can be fully present with your loved ones. With this package, you’ll have peace of mind knowing your plans are in expert hands while you savor every moment of your big day.
